Alex Szafranski is a filmmaker that lives around the Chicago area. Ever since he was a young kid he loved the art of story telling. No matter the role, he loved to be a part of the process. His passion has only grown stronger and has fueled him to make a career doing what he loves.

He attended Northern Illinois University where he acquired his Bachelors in Communications. During his time in college he learned many different skills in a variety of fields in the film industry.

Today, Alex continues to work on commercial and narrative projects around the Chicago area including the upcoming feature film Birds & Worms, as he continues to better his skills.

Alex Szafranski now co owns the upcoming production company Fat Rabbit alongside Jon Glienke. He will be working as a cinematographer and executive producer as they continue to grow the company.
